Olli Protector 11: Powerful performance with enhanced safety

The Protector 11 complies with the European standard EN 60335-2-76/A12:2010. This allows it to deliver up to 11 J of energy to a long fence under heavy vegetation load, while an animal or person touching the fence can receive a maximum pulse of 5 J.

When the energy requirement increases, for example due to growing grass, the energizer increases its output only after a 60-second delay. If the condition of a properly functioning fence suddenly deteriorates, for example because a tree, animal or person falls onto the fence, the energizer facilitates getting away from the fence by limiting pulse intensity, reducing the pulse frequency and activating an audible alarm for 10 minutes.

The alarm function can be switched off using a push button. In this mode, the energizer limits the pulse energy to a maximum of 5 J under all conditions.

The clear and versatile display provides real-time information about the condition of the fence. The energizer indicates sudden faults with a warning light and audible alarm, displays the fence voltage and uses a BOOST indicator to show when the fence is currently receiving more than 5 J of pulse energy.

Tip: Inadequate grounding is the most common reason for poor fence performance. Building a proper and sufficiently sized grounding system from the beginning will help prevent many problems related to weak fence performance.
