Demotec Cutting Disc K Ø100mm. The K disc was developed in close cooperation with professional hoof trimmers and assessed by discerning professionals. The K disc in clinical use has been shown to be invaluable by reducing the time taken to effect claw-cutting - resulting in a reduction of costs. The body of the disc is made of high-quality industrial plastic. With this material choice the light disc runs in an amazingly smooth way and has an easy, convenient handling. 5 cutting blades constructed of durable hard metal (Widia) ensure a high level of horn removal and longevity. The blades are adjusted for fast trimming and removal of large cutting chips – without generation of heat, dust or smell. Experience shows that up to 100 animals can be trimmed with one K disc. No heating up – preserves the animal.
