Demotec hoof block Easy Bloc, Right. Hoof problems adversely affect a cow's milk production, fertility and incur costs for extra veterinary visits. The Easy Bloc hoof block has been designed by Dr.Adrian together with other hoof experts. The Easy Bloc hoof block has been designed with special attention to the anatomy of the hoof. The Easy Bloc is a plastic hoof block that is anatomically shaped. The sole of the block is made thick so that no pressure is exerted on the nail. The inner diameter of the shoe is 11cm and the outer diameter is 13cm. An innovative system for hoof care. 

Installation of Easy Bloc:
Operating instructions also illustrated (see pictures).
1. Remove dirt and loose horn material from the hoof.
2. In the hoof care set you can use the hoof shoe box as an aid. By pressing the dashed lines in, you get a stand from the box, where the hoof stays in the right position and dosing liquid and powder is easier.
3. Pour the Easy Bloc liquid up to the hoof mark (approx. 20ml).
4. Add the powder to the liquid (approx. twice the amount of the liquid) so that the mixture reaches close to the top of the hoof shoe.
5. Mix quickly with a spatula. Apply a thin layer of the mixture to the back of the shoe, ensuring even contact with the hoof.
6. Place the hoof shoe precisely in place on the hoof.
7. If the mixture oozes out between the shoe and the hoof, level the excess oozing mixture in places where there is less of it.
8. After about 4-5 minutes, the hoof shoe is fully attached (temperature approx. 21°C) and the cow can stand on the hoof. Fast pain relief and relief from lameness!

How to remove the block after a successful treatment?
Use pliers to remove the thin upper part of the block, after which the sole is easily removed.
