FinnCow Calf Charcoal Gel 4x360g. Calf Carbon Gel is a fast-acting supplementary feed for calves in case of diarrhoea, intestinal disorders and poisoning. The porous structure of oak charcoal effectively binds toxins and harmful substances produced by bacteria in the calf's intestines. In addition to oak charcoal, calf charcoal gel contains electrolytes (sodium, potassium, chlorides) to replace the salts that are lost during diarrhoea. The electrolytes also motivate the calf to drink water. Inulin (prebiotic, fructo-oligosaccharide) supports the intestinal bacterial activity of the calf and promotes intestinal well-being. Calf charcoal gel firms the manure while preventing dehydration and improving the absorption of nutrients from the feed.


Dosage: apply 2 - 4 silicone gun pressings (50 - 100 g) of Calf Charcoal Gel twice a day, depending on the size of the calf. Calf charcoal gel can also be added to a milk bucket or bottle.


Note! Calf charcoal gel should not be given immediately after administration of the drug, as the product binds the drug and prevents it from working. The calf will continue to drink milk as normal and we also recommend the use of electrolyte drink.
