1.  Customer information

In connection with the order, the customer must provide personal information, name, e-mail address, delivery address and telephone number (mandatory fields). Registration is not required. 2.  Prices and product information

The prices of the products are presented in connection with the product demonstrations. Our products include current VAT. The tax breakdown is shown on the order confirmation. Product prices do not include shipping costs. Delivery costs are determined by the weight of the products and the chosen delivery and payment method. The prices only apply to orders made with the shopping cart via Kotielaintarvike.fi website. All product and price information is without obligation and Kotieläintarvike.fi reserves the right to change pricing and product information and, in the event of any delivery difficulties, to cancel the transaction, the seller's liability being limited to the cancellation of the transaction and trade dismantling.

Delivery charges for your order will appear in your cart. Our delivery fees are determined in accordance with PostNord actual weight and price classifications. PostNord Home delivery contact you before actually delivery. You can track the progress of the shipment with the shipment ID, which you will receive in your e-mail upon order confirmation. Delivery methods and payment methods are valid in EU.

 

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation and a link in your e-mail, after which you can conveniently view the progress of your order.

 

Order processing

All orders are considered and responded to immediately upon receipt of the order, although our software indicates that the order is "Pending". Unfortunately, delivery times do not appear in the order tracking, but only in connection with the order, ie in the shopping cart.

 

4. Delivery time

Most of our products are stock and order products, so the customer can order the quantity they want, regardless of our stock situation. If your order quantity exceeds our stock quantity, then the delivery time of the products will be longer, like the order product, ie about 7-14 working days.

We deliver all ordered products in the same shipment, so the delivery time automatically corresponds to a longer delivery time. The delivery time stated in the delivery times always means weekdays, because on holidays and weekends the transports do not “move”. In addition, summer vacation times and e.g. Christmas causes delivery delays beyond our control. We always strive for delivery as soon as possible.

Most of our order products have a delivery time of about 7-14 business days, except for some brands. Abnormal longer delivery times, we have stated in the introductory texts and delivery terms of each product. Despite the exceptionally longer delivery times, our customers have the opportunity to order the products they want conveniently through our online store.

Exceptionally longer delivery times apply to all countries in EU. We receive loads from our suppliers 1-2 times a week, so brand-specific products arrive in our warehouse as quickly as practicable.

For example, more than 500,000 Bombers brand bit combinations are available to order, so not all options / sizes are even available in the factory ware house. However, we want to offer our customers the opportunity to get acquainted with the selections of different manufacturers and brands and order them easily and reliably through our online store. The stated shorter delivery time per brand is when the product is in the importer's warehouse or is about to arrive there, or the product is already on its way to / from our own warehouse. The longest delivery time is when the product is not in the factory stock. We place orders with our suppliers immediately on the same or the next working day after the customer order so that the delivery times of the products are always as short as possible. Delivery times for special and custom-made products may be even longer than stated.

 

 

5. Payment methods

6. Returns, return policy and instructions, and product exchanges

Products have a full fourteen (14) day return policy upon receipt of your order. Returns must always be notified in advance by e-mail to myynti@kotielaintarvike.fi. Do not report returns via Facebook messages, etc. If the return has not been notified or the package will be returned to us without being picked up, we will charge the customer for shipping and return costs in accordance with PostNord price list for parcel services.

The returned product must be completely unused, clean, odorless (the product must not have visited the in animal shelters), unopened and unaltered, ie fully resealable, and the sealed vacuum packaging of hygiene products must be unopened. The product must be returned in its original packaging with labels and price tags. The right of return applies to damaged products or if you have otherwise received an incorrect delivery. In this case, no delivery costs are required.

The costs of sending the product to the customer and the possible return of the product remain to be paid by the customer.

Products that do not have the right to exchange or return

- Special order products that are manufactured or modified according to the consumer's wishes and / or dimensions have no right of exchange or return (FIN consumer protection law 6: 16 § 3 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

- Prestige saddles are on display and can be ordered in our online store. Prestige saddles is not possible to order from the online store for your own test or experiment, the consumer must know exactly that the saddle what ordered is suitable for the customer's horse / pony. Saddles, like other e-commerce products, do not have a 14-day right of return, as their suitability must always be tested in practice, so after use, the saddle no longer meets the requirements of the right of return. Saddles ordered from the online store and the store, which have been ordered in accordance with the consumer's wishes and needs, have no right of exchange or return, FIN Consumer Protection Law 6:16 §3 and EU directive 2011/83/EU.

- Outlet products have no right of exchange or return. However, if there is an defect in the product, Kotieläintarvike.fi has the right to try to correct the defect first. If repair is impossible or incurs unreasonable costs, the goods may be exchanged for flawless item. If the repair or replacement of the product is not successful, the defect can be compensated with a price reduction or the transaction can be canceled completely.

- Horse Bits* do not have the right to exchange or return for hygiene reasons, ie due to the serious risk of infection. The bits are shipped to customers in sealed vacuum packs. So our customers are sure to get a new and clean and unused bit without any risk of infection.

- Veterinary and veterinary procedures* do not have the right to be exchanged or returned due to hygiene reasons, ie serious risks of infection.

- Pet hygiene products*, such as hygienic pants and male dog protection, do not have the right to be exchanged or returned due to hygiene reasons, ie serious risks of infection.

* We take the risks of possible animal diseases very seriously, as most of our customers derive their livelihood (professional activities) from keeping and raising animals, so for this reason we reserve the right to refuse the right to exchange and return hygiene products. In addition, our customers can be assured that the veterinary procedures, horse bits and other hygiene products purchased through us are certainly new, clean and unused and free from the risk of infection.

 

Product exchanges

If you want to exchanges you product, you have to make whole new order that product / size / color what you want.

 

Return and Packaging Instructions:

1. All returns must always be notified in advance by email myynti@kotielaintarvike.fi

2. Please carefully pack the returned product. The right of return is void if the product is damaged during transport due to defective packaging. Please note that heavier packaging needs more protection. Do not use the original sales packaging / box of the product to ship the product, the best packaging is where the product arrived. Seal the package well with packing tape and make sure that the product in particular are protected against knocks.

3. Include the following information in the return package: your name, order number and write short description for return reason.

4. Go to the nearest PostNord parcel point, pay the shipping and attach the return card you received to the outside of the package.

5. Leave the return at the PostNord parcel point and collect a receipt for your shipment.

6. After we receive and accept the refund, we will refund the money (Depending on the payment method, we will refund the money to your account, delete your invoice or credit card charge). We will not refund shipping costs already incurred for shipment.

 

 

7. Reclamations

All complaints related to the order or delivery should be reported within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order by e-mail to myynti@kotielaintarvike.fi. Do not report complaints via Facebook messages, etc.

8. Order Canceling

The customer may cancel his order if the delivery has not taken place within a reasonable time within the above delivery times. NOTE! Some brand-specific equestrian accessories have exceptionally long delivery times (1-12 weeks) as "normal delivery", which are stated separately in the delivery terms under "Delivery times". In addition, products that are manufactured or modified according to the consumer's wishes or dimensions do not have the right to cancel the order (FIN Consumer Protection Law 6:16 §3 and EU directive 2011/83/EU).

Any cancellation of the order must always be notified by e-mail to myynti@kotielaintarvike.fi. Do not announce the cancellation of the order with Facebook messages, etc. If the cancellation has not been announced or the package will be returned to us undelivered, we will charge the customer for shipping and return costs according to the PostNord price list.

We always try to notify our customers by e-mail if the delivery time differs from the normal or separately stated delivery time. Kotieläintarvike.fi reserves the right to cancel the order, in which case the money will be returned to the customer immediately.
