LAC Digital Brix Meter. The colostrum quality meter has a digital brix% scale that indicates the antibody content of colostrum. Colostrum consists of lactose, fat and protein, which make up the amount of solids to be measured. The quality of colostrum is influenced by many factors and there are large differences in quality. The Brix measurement range is 0-50% with an accuracy of ± 0.2%. The result is compared with the table. The resolution of the display is 0.1%. Temperature measurement range is 0-40°C with an accuracy of ± 0.5°C. The instrument is supplied in a case with pipette, protective cover and battery (AAA). 12 months warranty.
