• Medium Tensile wire has a lower tensile strength than High Tensile wire, but it is more flexible than High Tensile wire.
• In some respects, Medium Tensile wire is easier to handle; it is less likely to break when tying or working with it than the harder High Tensile wire.
• On the other hand, Medium Tensile wire stretches considerably more when tensioned than High Tensile wire.
• Therefore, if you want to build a fence where the steel wire is tensioned very tightly, it is advisable to choose the stronger High Tensile wire.
