Philipsen produces really high-quality, practical and long-lasting abrasive disc for hoof care. Philipsen abrasive disc are available in both wide and dense granulation. The advantage of the wide grain is that the abrasive does not stick to the blade and therefore does not get dirty as easily, which in turn allows longer working times. Dense abrasive discs are recommended for use on very hard hooves, especially if the animals are often out to pasture.
