OvaScope Egg Candler Cover

Brinsea OvaScope Egg Candler Cover. The OvaScope is an accessory designed for use with the OvaView egg candler.

• OvaScope fits securely over the OvaView and blocks out surrounding light, while slightly magnifying the egg. This makes the illuminated egg much easier to see and examine.
• The egg can be rotated from outside the OvaScope, allowing it to be viewed from different angles.
• A small camera or webcam can also be attached to create a digital image of the egg and developing embryo.
• There is a mounting tab on each side of the eyepiece tube, allowing a webcam to be held securely in place with a rubber band. Please refer to the instruction manual for further details.
• No specific webcam is required – all webcams tested so far have worked successfully.
• For the best image of the developing embryo, the webcam should have adjustable focus.
• The OvaScope makes egg candling much easier and is particularly well suited for use in schools, classrooms and demonstrations.
