Mobil Power AD 3000 Digital – 12V Starter Kit. This convenient starter kit includes an electric fence energizer, battery, solar panel, grounding rods and grounding cables.

• The Mobil Power AD 3000 Digital is suitable for fences with normal vegetation.
  
• The energizer can be connected to a 12V battery or a 9V battery.
