Hydraid is an energy-rich electrolyte preparation for correcting diarrhea-related dehydration and weight loss in calves and restoring electrolyte balance.

Instructions for use:
Measure approx. 170 g of powder and mix in 2 liters of clean, hand-warm water.
The mixture is given to the calf from a watering bucket, with a feeding bottle or, if necessary, as tube feeding. 2 liters of electrolyte solution are given to the calf, twice a day (morning and evening) for two days. On the third and fourth day, 1 liter of electrolyte solution and 1 liter of milk or milk substitute are given separately or mixed twice a day (morning and evening). After this, the usual calf diet is continued. In severe cases of diarrhea, the electrolyte solution can be dosed 3-4 times a day for a maximum of 4 days. After the treatment period, you should switch to a normal diet. 

In severe cases of diarrhea or if the symptoms of the disease persist or reappear, a veterinarian should be contacted. The feeding equipment should be cleaned between dosing sessions. The electrolyte solution to be used should always be fresh and made in clean water.
