- Hydraid is an energy-rich electrolyte preparation for correcting dehydration and weight loss associated with diarrhea in calves and restoring electrolyte balance.

Instructions for use:
Measure approx. 170 g of powder and mix with 2 liters of clean, lukewarm water.
The mixture is given to the calf from a drinking bucket, with a bottle or, if necessary, by tube feeding. The calf is given 2 liters of electrolyte solution, twice a day (morning and evening) for two days. On the third and fourth days, 1 liter of electrolyte solution and 1 liter of milk or milk replacer are given separately or mixed twice a day (morning and evening). After this, the calf's normal diet is continued. In severe cases of diarrhea, the electrolyte solution can be administered 3-4 times a day for a maximum of 4 days. After the treatment period, a normal diet should be resumed.
In severe cases of diarrhea, or if symptoms of the disease persist or recur, a veterinarian should be contacted.
Feeding equipment should be cleaned between feedings. The electrolyte solution used should
always be fresh and made with clean water.
