1. Right of Return and Cancellation
In accordance with Finnish consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel a purchase or exchange a product without a specific reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Conditions for the right of return:
- The product must be returned within 14 days of submitting the return notification.
- The product must be unused and in resalable condition. You may inspect the product in the same way as you would in a store, but it must not be put into use.
- The product must be carefully repacked in its original packaging.
- All parts, accessories, and instructions that came with the product must be included with the return.
2. How to Make a Return – Step by Step
Step 1: Submit a Return Notification
You must notify us of your intention to return before sending the product.
Send a free-form notification by email to: myynti(at)kotielaintarvike.fi
Please include the following information in your message:
- Your full name and address
- Your phone number
- Your order number
- The product(s) to be returned
Step 2: Pack the Product
Pack the product to be returned carefully. Use the original shipping packaging or another sturdy package. Make sure the product is protected for transport. Include a copy of the return notification or order confirmation.
NOTE! Do not use the product's original retail packaging/box to ship the product.
Step 3: Send the Package
Deliver the package to Matkahuolto using the Matkahuolto customer return code: 9513195
